1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, creating an account (if offered), submitting information through our peptide recommendation quiz or other interactive features, or clicking through to third-party partner sites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes the organization.

2. Description of Service

PeptidePicker provides a free, web-based peptide recommendation experience, including questionnaires, educational content, and algorithm-assisted matching suggestions based on the information you provide. The Service is intended to help you explore general categories of research-use peptides that may align with your stated preferences or goals, and to direct you to third-party suppliers or resources where applicable.

PeptidePicker operates on an affiliate and referral model: when you follow certain links from the Site to partner suppliers or marketplaces and complete qualifying transactions, PeptidePicker may receive compensation, as further described in Section 6. PeptidePicker does not manufacture, compound, ship, or fulfill orders for peptides; any purchase is solely between you and the applicable third party, subject to that party's terms, policies, and compliance obligations.

3. Eligibility

The Site is offered only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Site is directed to users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and any restrictions on import, export, or use of peptides and related materials in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available where you reside.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the quiz or other features, and update such information as needed.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those governing research chemicals, controlled substances, and consumer protection.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, networks, or data; not scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by applicable law and any robots.txt or similar instructions we publish.
• Not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority; not use the Site to harass, defraud, or harm others; and not upload malware or harmful code.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials we may issue to you and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Site, users, or third parties.

5. Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice; Research and Educational Use

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, QUIZ RESULTS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND LINKS ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION, RESEARCH, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. 7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, algorithms, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Content"), is owned by PeptidePicker or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Content except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent. Trademarks and service marks on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTIDEPICKER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS (THE "PEPTIDEPICKER PARTIES") DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PEPTIDEPICKER PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE PEPTIDEPICKER PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PEPTIDEPICKER (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PEPTIDEPICKER DOES NOT CONTROL THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS OR THEIR PRODUCTS AND THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH LINKED SITES IS WITH THE APPLICABLE THIRD PARTY.

9. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Partners

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, landing pages, or checkout flows operated by affiliate partners, advertisers, or other entities ("Third-Party Sites"). Subject to applicable mandatory arbitration or small-claims provisions that may apply to you, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

13. General; Contact Information

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PeptidePicker regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations freely.
